I have lost my card, what should I do ?
In case of loss, you can use your digital card.

To access it:
* Go to your ALL Heartists space and click on "My Account - Download my card".
OR
* Download the mobile application by clicking here for iOS and here for Android.
 
If you require a new physical card, please refer to the person in charge of card orders for your entity.
I have noticed a spelling mistake in my first name/last name, how do I report it ?
To access your ALL Heartists space, it is necessary to fill in the information mentioned on your card.
 
However, do not hesitate to send the information to the person in charge of card orders for your entity to correct the mistake when you renew your card.
When will I receive my ALL Heartists card ?
For any information regarding the reception of your card, please refer to your T&C (Human Ressources) service in charge of orders.
